February 3rd 4pm @ meeting room to prepare, all Scouts to attend, wear class B uniform - duties to be assigned upon arrival
February 4th 8am @ Meeitng Room , all Scouts and parent - wear Class A uniform including your cap. All scout families are asked to bring 2 baked items ( 2 doz cookies = 1 item, 1 9x9 pan brownies = 1 item) Please leave pies and cakes whole, health department regulation. Each family is also asked to bring 1 9x9 pan of homemade cornbread.
