The Scouting Troop serving Parker, Colorado

Scouting with Troop 363 is a year-round, youth-led program designed for families and youth who are between 10 and 18 years old, or have almost completed 5th grade through 12th grade. We are located in Parker, Colorado and have regular meetings on Tuesday evenings at Joy Lutheran Church.

Troop 363 embraces all aspects of Scouting including having fun, learning skills, character development, career exploration, outdoor skills, friendship, camping, and personal growth.

Our Scouts are young men primarily located in Eastern Douglas County but we welcome all Scouts in all locations.

What is a

Scouting Troop?

A Scouting Troop focuses on all aspects of Scouting and the variety of opportunities Scouting offers to help youth to become responsible, participating citizens and leaders who are guided by the Scout Oath and Law.

Are there other types of Troops?

Some Troops derive their identities and focus based on specific activities like High Adventure, STEM,

Rank Advancement, Sailing, Camping or the Troop's affiliation with affinity groups or institutions.

Is there a right type of Troop?

There is a right troop for every Scout and each Troop is a little different.

Thank you for your interest in Troop 363 and Scouting America. Scouting has a lot to offer and I hope you will visit Troop 363.

As Scoutmaster, I have three main goals for every scout.

1. Each scout has fun.

2. Each scout wants to come back.

3. Each scout learns along the way.

When a Troop achieves these goals, the Scouts are engaged and the goals of Scouting happen.
